Huntsville City Schools fields five varsity football teams: Huntsville, Grissom, Columbia, Mae Jemison and Lee. The regular season is over, and two of them are in the AHSAA state playoffs: Mae Jemison in Class 5A and Huntsville in Class 6A. Grissom, Columbia and Lee are done for the year.
